This article will show the correct method of preparing and packing the device for delivery to the Reef Factory service center.
⚠️ Inadequate protection of the device for transport may be the basis for the loss of the device warranty
and denial of service repair!
- Prepare the device with all accessories
2. Put everything in the original carton. If you don’t have the original packaging you can use a replacement.
3. Place the packaged device in another cardboard box by filling it with another medium to prevent movement of the box with the device inside
⚠️ The original cartons of the devices are not suitable for transport without protection.
⚠️ The device should not be packed in a way that allows it to move inside the shipment package!
