This article will demonstrate the correct packaging of the Power Switcher for delivery to the Reef Factory service center.
⚠️ Failure to adequately secure the unit for transport may void the unit’s warranty and result in service refusal!
- Secure the wet probe of the device with the cap in which the item was originally packaged.
2. If you do not have the original cap, wrap the damp probe in a plastic bag and protect it from drying out.
⚠️Do not pour water into the bag, this may result in flooding of the unit in transit and damage to the unit!
3. Place the device in the box, secure it with a shock-absorbing medium, and carefully seal the parcel with tape.
⚠️ Do not pack the device in a way that allows it to move inside the parcel packaging during transportation!
