In this article you will learn how to properly prepare the Smart tester device for shipment so that it is safe for the device.

⚠️ CAUTION: When touching the reagent cartridges, the measuring cuvette, and other items in contact with the reagents, maintain personal protective equipment according to the label on the cartridge package or at a minimum in the form of nitrile gloves and eye protection.

  1. Remove the reagents contained in the device.

❗ ATTENTION: Sending the device with reagents in the shipment may permanently damage the device, which is not covered by the warranty.

❗ATTENTION: attach reagents to the shipment only at the express request of the supervisor of your application. By default, they should not be sent.

2. Dry the measuring cuvette.

3. Pack the device in the original packaging protected by sponges.

❕If you do not have the original packaging, fill the carton with foam, cardboard or filler so that the device cannot be damaged in transit.
