If you are sending the device for repair at a service center, you can send the motor itself:

1. Secure the motor in such a way that in transport it is not damaged. Especially susceptible are protruding plastic parts.

2. Then place the device thus packed in the carton in which you will send the device.

If you are sending the device for replacement at the distributor pack the device as follows:
